Grapevine, TX. Legacy 401k Partners, LLC, an independent retirement plan advisory firm, hires Cesar Tovar, CPFA® as the Director of Business Development. Mr. Tovar was a Wealth Planner with Ascendus Financial and a Retirement Specialist at Paychex. In this new role, he brings over 11 years of industry experience to Legacy 401k.
